I just wanted a simple phone, and didn't have very high expectations. I was very satisfied with the purchase process and the phone arrived very quickly but I was disappointed with the actual item. Firstly there only seemed to be one ring tone and one message tone which was a bit boring, and neither were very loud. When using the camera the photos took quite a while to save, much longer than my previous phone, but worst of all, even on a very new phone and no calls/messages made or received, the battery just didn't stay charged for more than a couple of days. Had Bluetooth been used I imagine it would have been even worse. My daughter bought the same phone and has the same problems. Other than that it is quite well designed and intuitive.

i was looking for a phone that wasn't full of things I'll never use. To some this phone might be really basic but it has everything i wanted in a phone. It makes calls, texts, has a camera, and all the basic calendar and calculator ect. the only thing i dont like is the call and text vibrations are the same
